Military Extravaganza 2008

On Sunday Sept 14 Angeliques Bridal Salon along with Addie Lane Floral and Formal Affair Tuxedoes hosted the first annual Military Extravaganza.

Women eligible for the event were either engaged to someone in the military or in the military themselves and engaged.

These lucky brides were able to choose one free dress out of 100 dresses. These military couples were not only eligible for a free dress but also many other great prizes were given away.

These are a few of the great prizes given away: Addie Lane gave $1000.00 worth of flowers. Formal Affair gave 10 free rentals. Butter Cream Cakes gave a $500.00 cake away. Ice Carvings Inc. gave a gift certificate of $250.00 towards an ice sculpture. Steve Rouch Photography gave away free engagement pictures. Lee’s Limo gave a $100.00 gift certificate. Northern Lights DJ gave a $200.00 special effects package. Timothy’s Fine Jewelry gave jewelry worth up to a $1000.00 to be rented for her wedding day. Pure Romance gave a basket of free gifts. Brook Hall supplied free lunch of delicious beef sandwiches, coffee, and punch.

The purpose of this event was to give back to our well- deserving military. In return they gave back to us, by sharing their personal stories. They were so thankful and so appreciative for this event that we have decided to make this an annual affair.

Our philosophy at Angeliques is what you put into the lives of others will come back to you. We have already received much more from them than they did from us. No matter how you feel about the war, we need to support our men, women, and families of the military. God Bless our military and God bless America.

I hope you will enjoy looking at a few of our pictures from the military extravaganza.

These are just a few of our military couple’s testimonials.

To all of Angeliques.
Thank you all for what you did with the military extravaganza! Sean and I were so grateful for what you did! The dress was gorgeous, and I owe you a million thanks.

Dear Angeliques,
I just wanted to thank you so much for the beautiful wedding dress! I can’t thank you enough! It is perfect, I could not ask for anything more beautiful! On top of all that it fits perfectly! My mom and sister said they had an amazing time at the extravaganza.
Thank you so much... Amanda

To the staff at Angeliques Bridal Salon:
Thank you all so much for the wonderful military extravaganza! Your generosity towards those of us entering into a life term of service and supporting our future spouses was nothing short of amazing. The whole day was! We had such a fantastic time and I have told all our family and friends about it. You are all truly magic makers. Thank you all, from the bottom of our hearts!
